About the Role:
The Full-Time Content Specialist will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing engaging social media content for DermCare’s major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This content will primarily be used for paid advertising and brand awareness. You’ll travel to various clinic locations across Texas, Florida, Virginia, and North Carolina to record video footage, capture dynamic photos, and produce polished, high-quality content.
You will work closely with and report to DermCare’s Digital & Performance team to plan and execute creative concepts that captivate audiences and drive leads. This position requires a passion for storytelling, social media expertise, and the technical skills to produce professional content on tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, shoot, and edit engaging social media content that aligns with DermCare’s brand vision and objectives.
· Collaborate with the digital marketing team to strategize and execute content plans.
· Travel to various clinic locations across the U.S. to capture patient testimonials, treatment procedures, provider interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.
· Produce content optimized for paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
· Manage and organize raw footage and project files efficiently.
· Stay up to date with the latest content creation trends and best practices.
· Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, or similar role.
· Strong portfolio showcasing professional video and photo content, ideally for social media marketing.
· Proficiency in editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, and mobile editing suites.
· Familiarity with motion graphics and basic animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
· Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
· Willingness to travel frequently to various clinic locations.
· Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
· Experience optimizing content for paid social media advertising is highly desirable.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
