CUSTOMER SERVICE FOCUS FRONT/BACK OFFICE FOR MED SPA
DermFx is looking for a passionate front office coordinator/medical assistant for our Sunset Beach location. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment that focuses on enhancing the client experience and company culture. This is an hourly position that includes weekend hours.
Job Description:
- Take before and after photos
- Welcome patients into the office
- Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
- Actively participate in product sales
- Check patients out and take payments
- Ensure patients have completed all necessary consent forms
- Effectively clean and sanitize treatment rooms up to health standards
- Assist with all medical procedures, including prepping or drawing up any injectables and laser treatments
- Accurately complete and update medical charts and records
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Looking to gain medical or aesthetics experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about medical aesthetics, dermatology, and/or skincare
