If so, DermFx is looking for a full-time Practice Manager who can juggle everything from schedules to skincare and ensure our practice shines brighter than ever!

What You'll Do :

Continuous Improvement Extraordinaire

Train new support staff like a pro, ensuring they’re ready to dive into our fast-paced environment and follow protocols with ease.
Keep processes running smoothly by retraining staff as needed and conducting learning assessments to help everyone grow.

Scheduling Maestro

Balance schedules like a puzzle master : manage patient appointments, staff schedules, and provider availability to ensure every day runs like clockwork.

Handle call-outs or vacation requests with finesse.

Inventory Guru

Keep our shelves stocked and skincare flowing! Conduct inventory counts, manage product orders, and ensure nothing essential is ever out of reach.

Work with suppliers to maintain accurate inventory levels and update records in our system.

Problem Solver Extraordinaire

Collaborate with providers to address patient concerns and act as their advocate, always aiming for the best outcomes.

Tackle issues with positivity and escalate when needed—because teamwork makes the dream work.

Operational Whiz

Manage day-to-day office operations, from timekeeping and lunch schedules to approving overtime and California lunches.

Supervise staff treatments, ensure proper check-outs, and keep our software systems running like a dream.

Supply Superstar

Order, receive, and track supplies like a boss, ensuring our offices are always fully stocked and ready for action.

Hiring & Culture Champion

Participate in hiring support staff and identifying team needs.

Requirements :

What You Bring to the Table :

A knack for organization and a passion for making things better every day.

Leadership skills that inspire teamwork, professionalism, and positivity.

An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.

Management experience (preferably at least 5 years of management experience)

MedSpa or aesthetic experience is a must! Preferably patient facing experience.

A bachelors degree in relevant field
