Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Dermatology Practice and Medspa facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of service delivery, managing staff, ensuring adherence to proper protocols and regulations, and driving sales while maintaining a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.

Duties

• Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to ensure employee orientation aligns with company standards.
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, and stock control to maintain optimal service levels.
• Implement effective retail strategies to optimize sales and profitability within the practice.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote services and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage payroll processes to ensure timely compensation for all staff members.
• Handle Practice insurance billing.
• Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to maintain cost efficiency while ensuring quality.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance among staff members.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Experience

• Proven experience in team management within a retail, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is essential.
• Strong background in sales with a track record of achieving targets in a medical practice or similar setting is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise effectively and motivate team members towards achieving common goals.
• Familiarity with negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships is advantageous.
