What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating event setups that look straight out of Pinterest
• Collaborating with culinary event teams to keep the flow flawless
• Supporting front-of-house and catering logistics like a pro
• Answering customer calls and managing event orders with confidence
• Plating like a chef, styling like an influencer
• Jumping into restaurant service or gourmet market support when needed
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Restaurant or Catering Experience: You’ve worked the floor, plated for parties, or rocked a banquet.
• Hospitality-First Energy: Welcoming vibes, top-tier service, and a natural people-person energy.
• Detail-Oriented with Speed: You see what others don’t—and you’re already handling it.
• Available on Weekends & Evenings: That’s when the magic happens.
• Bonus Points if You’re Bilingual (especially Spanish!)
• Reliable Transportation: Timing is everything.
• Comfortable with Raw & Fresh Food: You love making food look as good as it tastes.
• Non-slip shoes? Required. (Not provided, but fashion still matters.)
• Authorized to Work in the U.S. – Must meet employment eligibility requirements.
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Endurance & Mobility – Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strength & Lifting – Lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs at various heights.
• Manual Dexterity – Confidently handle catering equipment, food, and event setups with accuracy.
• Temperature Tolerance – Work in hot kitchens, cold coolers, and everything in between—including exposure to smoke and steam.
• Hearing & Auditory Awareness – Quickly respond to instructions and guest needs in a dynamic environment.
• Vision Acuity – Excellent peripheral and near/far vision for setup accuracy and safety.
• Clear Verbal Communication – Speak effectively with guests and teammates, even in high-energy settings.
• Flexibility & Agility – Bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, and maintain physical balance under pressure.
• Allergy Awareness & Tolerance – Comfortable working with fresh, raw ingredients and around common food allergens (dairy, nuts, shellfish, gluten, etc.).
