Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Direct and coordinate activities of the Manufacturing Plant in processing materials or manufacturing products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Review production orders or schedules to ascertain product data such as types, relative WO dates and movement, quantities, and specifications of products or materials and scheduled delivery dates in order to plan department operations.
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirement including FDA, ISO 13485, GMP and contract manufacturing guidelines.
Able to maintain compliance to and a working relationship with the following departments: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Sales/Marketing, Logistics/DDC, Engineering, Plastics and Supply Chain Management.
Direct and coordinate all manufacturing activities, ensuring efficient and effective processing of materials and production of medical products.
Work with Management to prepare and review facility budget annually.
Assist in product development and improvements with related departments.
Manage subordinates in areas of logistics, QC and other related areas. Conduct regular performance evaluations.
Plan production operations; establish priorities and sequences for products or raw materials
