Salary Information
$17.55/ hr. ($22.70/ hour for snow removal as needed)

Job Summary
Perform all phases of custodial and grounds keeping work.

Essential Functions
Mow and remove trash. Keep sidewalks and entry ways clean. Weed eating, gardening, and landscaping.
Perform various building cleaning tasks including but not limited to: Clean and vacuum carpets; maintain hard surface flooring: clean whiteboards, ledges and erasers; clean glass; wash windows; dust furniture; clean ceiling diffusers; clean trash cans; clean walls; other tasks as required or needed.

Required Qualifications
Valid Iowa Driver’s License with good driving record. Ability to periodically move equipment/furniture/supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.

Desired Qualifications
Experience with mowers and weed eaters. Commercial cleaning experience.

Work Schedule
Day times hours (TBD) 12-20 hrs/week
