Job Description:
As a Water and Sewer Line Replacement Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing water and sewer lines. This role requires expertise in trenching, pipe installation, excavation, and using specialized equipment. You will work closely with a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace water and sewer lines according to specifications, city code, and safety standards.
- Assist in the operation of excavation equipment, such as backhoes and trenchers, for digging trenches and laying pipes.
- Inspect, maintain, and repair water and sewer systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure all work meets local codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects on time.
- Conduct site assessments and determine the most effective methods for water and sewer line replacement.
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Water and Sewer Line Technician or in a related field.
- Knowledge of water and sewer system construction and repair.
- Familiarity with local codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
