What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Services Specialist position at Des Moines Orthopaedic Surgeons?
As a patient services specialist, You will be working on the second floor of a medical office. You will have multiple team members around you, but you have your own cubicle that can be tailored to your style. You will have conversations with strangers who may be in pain and need help. You will wear a headset, take incoming calls, gather information accurately and quickly about patients, insurance and their situation.

- You will help match them with either a referred provider or the first available provider for their particular issue.
