Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and hospitality at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle reservations and cancellations efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Knowledge of hotel management operations
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in a resort or hotel setting is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.13 - $11.00 per hour
