Hotel Sales Coordinator
Job overview:
We are looking for a motivated person to work weekly both at our hotel’s front desk as well as in group sales. The goal is to provide top-notch customer service that creates loyal guests while also selling to increase our hotel’s top line revenue. Applicants must be able and willing to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through active listening & follow through skills, and to maintain an outstanding attitude towards guests and fellow team members.
Responsibilities:
- Booking reservations at the front desk
- Booking groups and small meetings
- Coordinating group needs/details and mtg. room set-up
- Determining customers’ needs and wants
- Recommending solutions that match customer needs
- Accurately describing the hotel’s features, benefits, and uniqueness
- Following all companies policies and procedures
Requirements
