POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director, the Program Associate will assist in implementing high-quality programming for Education students at all levels – undergraduate, adult studies, and graduate. In addition, the Program Associate will over see office logistics and be the contact liaison with departments across campus. The role of Program Associate of Teacher Education requires excellent collaboration and communication skills in order to work closely with faculty and staff in the School of Education.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
- 2-3 years of related experience in a higher education environment
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database programs
- Possess and be able to use math skills to provide accurate data collection and analysis
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Occasional attendance at School functions outside of standard work hours
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, balance competing responsibilities, and complete assignments in a timely manner
- Sensitive to issues of ethnicity, ability and diversity
