Full-time Front Desk Receptionist needed for a well-established & busy physical rehabilitation office.
Duties include but are not limited to greeting patients & directing patient flow. Answering phones/check patients in & out/ scheduling appts/collecting payments/data entry as well as general office duties associated with this position. Assisting team with various projects and tasks. Job description will be provided.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of reception and/or customer service experience
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Detailed and results oriented
- Professional presentation and demeanor
- Multitasking while keeping calm and friendly
- Spanish speaking a perk, but not required
