Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, including clerical tasks and front desk duties to ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring that all supplies and services are procured efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Develop and maintain schedules for staff, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity throughout the office.
- Handle payroll processing accurately and on time, maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and facilitating training development programs.
- Implement organizational systems to enhance workflow efficiency within the office.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed to support team communication.
- Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support the overall function of the office.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with medical office management practices is required.
- Proficiency in scheduling management tools and clerical software applications.
- Experience in payroll processing is highly desirable.
- Experience in credentialing with insurances and maintaining insurance contracts
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
