Desert Shine Cleaning, a high-quality and client-focused cleaning company, is seeking motivated and personable Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a key player in our marketing and sales strategy, you will engage directly with homeowners to introduce our professional cleaning services, promote our value-driven packages, and generate new leads and bookings. Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods and visit homes to present Desert Shine Cleaning’s services.

• Build positive relationships with potential clients and effectively communicate service offerings, packages, and benefits.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions.

• Gather and document lead information for follow-up and track progress using our internal systems.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

• Provide feedback to management on customer interests and competitive conditions.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people and can clearly convey information.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset—you thrive in achieving or surpassing goals.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent productivity.

• Prior sales experience preferred but not required—training will be provided.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and engaging in door-to-door sales.
