Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their vehicle service needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in automotive services will help facilitate effective communication between customers and our technicians, ensuring that all services are performed accurately and efficiently.

Duties

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, utilizing strong upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed of progress.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding services, warranties, and vehicle maintenance.
• Promote additional services such as brake repair, oil changes, tire service, diesel engine repair, and air brake systems.
• Ensure a clean and organized service area to promote a professional environment.

Skills

• Proficient in auto body repair techniques and service writing.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell automotive services effectively.
• Knowledgeable in various automotive repair areas including brake repair, oil changes, tire service, and diesel engine repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $110,000.00 per year
