Responsibilities
Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgery Physician to join our medical group.
Position Details:
• Bread and Butter General Surgery
• Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)
• Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay)
• More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use
• With DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade.
• Not a trauma hospital.
• No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.
• Can start immediately (2024 Preferred)
• Salary Range: 350K-400K annually.
• Base Salary Productivity Bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.
• Position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.

Qualifications
Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is$350,000-400,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
