Responsibilities
- Will be employed by Desert Valley Medical Group, a multi-specialty group affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital
- Bread and Butter General Surgery.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM 1-2 weekends per month)
- Around 2-3 days of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and procedures.
- 12-14 days of surgical call per month.
- There are 6 ORs at the hospital but we usually use 4 with 1 Endoscopy suite and 18 ER beds.
- DaVinci Robot available.
- Nurse Practitioner/Surgical Assistant support available.
- Not a trauma hospital.
- No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.
- Can start immediately (Preferred)
- Base Salary Range: $350K to 400K annually.
- Base Salary Productivity Bonus
- Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.
- The position is in Victorville, CA around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.
- Open to J1, H1, Part-time, and Per-Diem.

Qualifications
Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is$350,000-400,000 The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
