- Verify accuracy in design, color, shape, and overall aesthetics of dental prosthetics.
- Ensure proper fit, margins, and occlusion in accordance with doctor specifications.
- Identify and document any defects, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
- Work closely with technicians and management to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of quality assessments and findings.
- Assist in developing and refining quality control procedures to improve efficiency and product consistency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with dental lab standards.
