Overview :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Construction Superintendent to support the execution of large-scale construction projects. This role involves assisting with quality control, daily site operations, and coordinating subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Construction Superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
- Support QA / QC processes by monitoring work and materials for compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or discrepancies to the Construction Superintendent.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Maintain daily logs of construction activities, site conditions, and project updates.
- Monitor job site safety and compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Assist in resolving construction issues, including change orders and field adjustments.
