We are seeking skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in producing high-quality, precision components. Candidates should have experience in either turning or milling operations and a background in machining a variety of metals and plastics to close tolerances. This role involves setting up and operating CNC equipment, programming when necessary, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery, including multi-axis lathes or milling machines, to produce parts meeting exact customer specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to determine processes, tools, and programming requirements.
- Monitor machining operations to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine adjustments, including detecting tool wear and making offset changes to optimize performance.
- Use measuring instruments and gauges to inspect finished parts for accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and adhering to equipment maintenance schedules.
- Accurately complete all required documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with customer standards.
