We’re seeking a Department Manager to lead a team in delivering highway design and DOT projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, design, and execution of DOT and highway projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and project oversight.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to support project development and approvals.
- Utilize Civil 3D and other engineering tools to enhance design efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in transportation engineering, highway design, or DOT projects.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Civil 3D and other design software used in transportation projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with state and local DOT agencies is highly preferred.
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
