Experienced HR Manager with a strong background in employee relations, payroll administration, compliance, and workforce development. Skilled in overseeing HR operations, implementing policies, and ensuring alignment with company goals while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Adept at managing onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management, particularly within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Manage onboarding and training programs to integrate new employees effectively and enhance workforce development.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management strategies.
• Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility as necessary.
• Ensure HR processes align with operational needs, including safety protocols, attendance tracking, and regulatory reporting.
