- Manage onboarding and training programs to integrate new employees effectively and enhance workforce development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Collaborate with management on workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management strategies.
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility as necessary.
- Ensure HR processes align with operational needs, including safety protocols, attendance tracking, and regulatory reporting.
