Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager to oversee and guide the pre-construction phase of mid to large-scale construction projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the pre-construction process, including reviewing and supervising architectural and engineering drawings for new and existing projects.
- Manage external consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Develop detailed construction estimates and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Conduct constructability reviews and provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and feasibility.
- Oversee change orders and resolve discrepancies in scope, schedule, and budget effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
