Audio Visual Sales Associate
Design & Integration, a premier technology integration contractor, is seeking a Sales Associate with a strong desire for personal growth and reward. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating sales and fostering client relationships within the audio-visual (AV) and low voltage technology industries. This role requires a combination of sales skills, technical knowledge of equipment, and exceptional communication abilities to effectively convey the benefits of our products and services to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close sales leads to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and offering excellent customer service.
- Continuously educate yourself on the features and capabilities of AV equipment and solutions to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with the sales team, technical support staff, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our brand.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering or related field preferred.
- Background in sales or customer service preferred.
- Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, displays, and control systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently, set goals, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable using sales tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
