Location: Eagle, Summit County, Glenwood Springs, CO
Wage Range: $40-$55/hourly (Including $2,500.00 sign-on bonus for relocation for out of state candidates)

Job Description:
We are adding to our Service Department and are hiring an HVAC/R Technician. We're looking for candidates with 5 years of experience working in Commercial HVAC applications. The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC/R systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatic and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, brazing, and mechanical layouts. Comfortable and knowledgeable troubleshooting boilers.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Performs repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems.
- Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes, or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
- Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.
- Keeps current all manufacturers’ products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
- Provides technical support to customers.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Call duty
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ experience as an HVAC/R Technician
- Boiler Troubleshooting, Install and Startup
- RTU Troubleshooting, Install and Service
- Some experience with Pex and PVC Piping
- Split System AC and Furnace Install and Service
- Valid Driver’s License and Clear MVR
- Current EPA License
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check, drug test, and physical ensuring you can perform the duties of the job.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to be a team player and possess leadership qualities.
