Monarch HVAC in Clifton, CO, is hiring a full-time Service Manager - HVAC Tech to join our heating and cooling team! You'll earn a competitive salary between $70,000 and $90,000 / year , plus monthly bonuses. THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SERVICE MANAGER - HVAC TECH
THE SCHEDULE :
You will work from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday , with some chances for overtime. Every morning, you'll check in at our central office before heading out to various job sites.
YOUR ROLE :
As the Service Manager - HVAC Tech, your day will begin with a morning meeting at the office, where you'll connect with the team and plan for the day. You'll be the main point of contact for your technicians, ready to answer questions and offer support. Throughout the day, you will work on HVAC systems, troubleshoot problems, and use your knowledge to help your team succeed. Your leadership will create a positive atmosphere, encouraging everyone to do their best. You will contribute not only to daily operations but also to team growth, with the opportunity to advance to the Service GM position in the future.
OUR REQUIREMENTS :
At least five years of related experience is preferred. NATE certification and QuickBooks experience are also ideal. We're looking for someone very sales-driven and professional!
