Join the Monarch HVAC family as a full-time HVAC Tech / Installer in beautiful Grand Junction, CO! This heating and cooling services position offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $90,000 / year plus future monthly bonuses, providing you with the financial reward you deserve.
As a key player in our heating and cooling team, you'll receive additional tools assistance, paid drive time, and ample opportunities for professional growth. We also offer great benefits and perks, such as :
- Medical coverage contributions from the employer (after 90 days of employment)
- Dental, vision and supplemental plans offered (after 90 days of employment)
- Paid sick time available
- No nights or weekend work
You'll enjoy a stable work schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime . Start your day by reporting to our central office before heading out to various job sites, providing flexibility while ensuring you are supported every step of the way.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR HVAC Tech / Installer
In this rewarding role as a HVAC Tech / Installer, you start your days by diving into various maintenance and repair tasks on a range of HVAC equipment – from furnaces and heat pumps to air conditioners and evaporative coolers. With your EPA certification in hand and years of experience under your belt, you confidently tackle each task, ensuring optimal system performance for our clients.
Throughout the day, you provide exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and expertise. As the sun sets, you wrap up another successful day, knowing you've made a real difference in ensuring indoor comfort for our customers.
