APPLICATIONS SUPPORT ANALYST

Position Overview :
We are seeking a unique person who enjoys using their full-stack tech skills to help others. This is someone who enjoys the challenges found with a medium-sized business, collaborating with a team, and supporting diverse technology projects across multiple interdependent apparel-related companies.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Serving our colleagues by resolving their IT needs in an honoring way.
- Contributing across our development team to fix and support our systems.
- Collaborating with our internal companies to improve and test our solutions.
- Quickly assess and solve issues with our key SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, and WMS platforms.
- Provide support to the AppDev team by reviewing, testing, and approving code.
