Overview
The position of Project Superintendent is primarily accountable for assisting the Project Managers to manage the completion of restoration projects. The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage daily operations with regards to construction sites. The superintendent will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. This is an AT WILL position.

EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Implement estimates and complete projects.
- Review and provide job costing, estimates and budgets for projects.
- Review the job schedule a cost breakdown, resolve all differences of opinion with the Project Manager at the beginning of the job.
- Set up job site and materials and see that all notices, safety rules and regulations are in place.
- Meet project schedules and goals and update projects daily via job notes.
- Coordinate, observe and manager TEAMS so they perform their work in a
- Visit job sites to insure adherence to scope, correctness and quality of work.
- Manage professional and timely contact with clients, employees and vendors.
- Purchase job site materials and supplies either directly with vendors or through
- Ensure that safety regulations are followed by the company and the subcontractors.
- Maintain a high standard of quality control at all times.
- Understand and apply plans and specifications for each project assigned.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and be sure they are observed by
- Keep progress schedule current, review schedule status and job costs as set in the company standards.
- Maintain working relationships with insurance agent, property agent and the customer throughout the project.
- Estimate completions costs for each project.
- Secure job sites to control and minimize damage, theft and vandalism at the project.
- Communicate a positive image of the company to the entire staff and customers.
- Implement the company vision and mission and achieve goals.
- Apply all safety rules and regulations and prevent work hazards.
- Achieve superior performance from the entire staff and raising performance levels of anyone underachieving within your area of responsibility.
- Complete employee evaluations and development plans for career success in the company.
- Update and train employees in safety procedures and responsibilities.
- Lead by example and coach and develop employees.

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
