Design Science is looking for an Administrative Coordinator/Strategic Partnership Associate (Recruiter) to join our team. This dual role is the first point of contact for the office, provides onsite administrative support and recruits participants for studies as part of the Strategic Partnership team.
As a Strategic Partnership Associate, you will recruit qualified study participants for the purpose of testing medical devices before they go to market. These are NOT clinical trials but instead study patient, caregiver or medical professional's human interaction with medical devices for safety and usability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk as first point of contact for the office greeting visitors, clients and participants during studies.
- Provides general administrative support for the office
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's degree is beneficial
- 1-2 years minimum of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the process. Related experience considered in lieu of recruiting background.
- 1 year minimum of administrative support experience.
- The finalist will be required to successfully complete a background check.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong customer service skills as first point of contact for the office, participants, clients and guests.
- Ability to develop strategies for identifying and securing participants for studies based on specific criteria.
- Familiarity with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract participants that could include patients, caregivers, nurses, or physicians.
- Ability to be in the office 5 days a week to manage the front desk.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate shifted project hours.
