Inventory & Receiving Manager

The Design Solutions and Integration Inventory & Receiving Manager based in Stanely, North Dakota is required to handle incoming shipments & control/maintain inventory. Duties include but are not limited to planning, storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs.

Requirements:

· Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.

· Experience in shipping and receiving.

· Excellent organizational skills

· Punctual

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in implementing inventory software & procedures.

· Collaborate with Purchasing to determine miscellaneous supply needs.

· Coordinate with Project Managers.

- Receiving shipments and organizing parts for each project.

- Pick inventory material for upcoming projects.

· Control inventory levels and ensure inventory is kept in check.

· Keep detailed records on procurement, material quantities, backorders, etc.

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities:

· High School Diploma/GED

· Microsoft Office – Word & Excel

· Proficient typing skills

· Outlook/Email
