Facilities Assistant / Maintenance Coordinator

Schedule : Part Time Contract - Approximately 20 hours per week (availability during normal business hours required)

Position Overview : We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Assistant or Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain our facilities and ensure smooth daily operations. This part-time role, through Staff Resources, Inc., involves hands-on tasks, coordination with service providers, and general upkeep of the premises. Key Responsibilities :

• Service Coordination : Schedule and oversee service providers, including lawn care, plumbing, and roofing contractors.
• Facility Maintenance : Perform cleaning and light maintenance tasks to keep the premises in excellent condition.
• Snow Removal : Shovel and clear entryways during snow events to ensure safe access.
• Supply Management : Restock building supplies, place orders as needed and pick up materials.
• Errands : Perform occasional errands or deliveries with mileage reimbursement provided.
