We're Design Tree Maintenance and we're hiring a full-time Appointment Setter - Inside Sales Rep to help keep our books busy and our company on the right track. Join our Phoenix, AZ office and help convert leads into loyal customers!
In this customer service position, you earn $17.00 - $18.00 / hour and can make some commission on qualified appointments. We also offer these excellent benefits :

As for your schedule, you usually work from 7 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm with a 1-hour lunch.
THE APPOINTMENT SETTER - INSIDE SALES REP WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate has some inside sales experience, but it's not required. Here's what you need :
You're the main point of contact for incoming leads, speaking with prospective clients over the phone and encouraging them to set an appointment with our sales team. An upbeat and confident attitude is crucial as you answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Using our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, you keep track of our leads and scheduled appointments. You also proactively reach out to potential leads, finding new paths for revenue and new business opportunities. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your sales skills while contributing to a local office's success!
