What we are looking for…
Design Works Gaming is looking for an organized and ambitious Project Manager to join our growing Product team in Scottsdale! The Project Manager will work with teams across the organization to manage the game development process and other gaming related initiatives across our Social and Real Money Gaming platforms.

At Design Works Gaming, you will be a part of a close-knit team of product, engineering, game design, sales and art creatives. As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the game development roadmap, communicating timelines and expectations across teams and ensuring on-time delivery of our games to our clients. You’ll have an opportunity to help create games that are played across the globe by millions of players and work directly with some of the biggest partners in the industry. Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage the game development lifecycle for Social and RMG games to ensure planned games are released on schedule
- Create and maintain project roadmaps for internal and external audiences
- Define and document project requirements based on internal team/external partner needs using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Set realistic project timelines; track and regularly communicate progress to stakeholders
- Become a subject matter expert within the team on the game design, development, approval, and launch process
- Collaborate with a variety of internal teams such as Math, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Art, Engineering, and QA to successfully plan and launch games
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality expectations and jurisdictional compliance requirements are met
- Establish procedures and protocols to streamline processes where possible, and review regularly for improvement opportunities
- Organize, lead and participate in meetings with internal teams and external partners
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years in a Project Management or related role with demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills and comfort speaking with diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing project roadmaps, timelines and expectations across multiple teams
- Previous project management experience within online gaming, SAAS, or similar industry
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Self-motivated with a healthy curiosity and creative spirit and able to think out of the box while still following established guidelines
- Familiarity with the casino gaming industry a plus
