The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the marketing budget. In addition, the Director will be responsible for writing proposals and helping identify specific ways to win business for the company.
This position is based in Philadelphia and requires in-office attendance. The Director will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives and will be responsible for driving leads and sales through effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive leads and sales for the company
- Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to reach those markets
- Manage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring and training new team members as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into marketing efforts
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media campaigns, and email marketing
- Write proposals and help identify specific ways to win business for the company
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in the architecture and engineering industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
- Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus
- Must be able to work in-office in Philadelphia
