- Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments with precision using our scheduling software.
- Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about our services and policies.
- Office Presentation: Maintain the front desk and reception area to reflect the elegance and professionalism of our brand.
- Client Support: Assist clients with paperwork, answer questions, and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and courteously.
- Billing and Payments: Process payments and provide receipts, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the medical and administrative team to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in service industry
