Duties

- Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash handling.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and balance at the end of shifts.
- Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to assist customers effectively.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Basic math skills are essential for processing transactions accurately.
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is advantageous.
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and retail sales strategies is a plus.
