Responsibilities
Client Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with our Spanish-speaking clients, serving as their primary point of contact for insurance needs.
Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements, ensuring they have appropriate coverage for their specific needs.
Policy Recommendations : Recommend insurance products and services that align with clients' needs and offer added value.
Claims Support : Assist clients in filing and managing insurance claims, providing guidance and support throughout the process.

Requirements
Fluency in Spanish : Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.
Licensed Insurance Professional : Must hold an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
Customer-Service Orientation : Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building client relationships.
Attention to Detail : Ability to accurately assess clients' insurance needs and make appropriate policy recommendations.
