Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead project teams, manage schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and client communications. Ensure efficient execution and coordination with internal teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Technical Design & Documentation: Oversee architectural design, construction documentation, and ensure adherence to standards and codes. Independently manage deliverables and project phases.
- Client Management & Communications: Serve as the main point of contact, solicit feedback, and support relationship building to enhance client satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
- Leadership, Training, & Mentoring: Train and develop staff, promote professional growth, and maintain positive team dynamics while promoting the firm’s standards and values.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of experience working at an architecture firm.
- Professionally accredited degree in Architecture
- Architectural licensure is required
- LEED, WELL and/or other sustainability certifications are a plus
- Fluency in design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Bluebeam, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
