Architectural Project ManagerJob Summary
- Pay: $50 - $60 per hour (based on experience)
- Contract: 2 years
- Shifts Available:
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
- Occasional evening work based on project needs
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and construction of public facilities, including libraries, fire stations, and community centers.
- Manage project budgets, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Conduct site analysis, lead space programming, and participate in public presentations.
- Ensure compliance with permitting and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor construction progress and manage change requests.
Architectural Project Manager Qualifications
- Education & Certifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license (Required)
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Experience with Value Engineering principles (certification preferred)
- Knowledge of sustainability and green building design (LEED preferred)
- Ability to navigate construction sites and lift up to 30 lbs. Why Zing?
