• Partner directly with our CEO to drive strategic HR initiatives
• Lead full cycle recruiting for design professionals
• Champion our DEI initiatives and workplace culture
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance programs
• Support our teams across multiple office locations
What you bring:
• 8 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong HR generalist foundation
• SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred
• Professional services background desired
• Knowledge of OH/PA employment law
• Passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures
