Position Summary:
The Manager, Content Delivery is responsible for managing the day-to-day workflow and coordination of global projects within the agency. This role ensures that all projects are properly cleared for air, distributed, tracked efficiently, deadlines are met, and resources are allocated appropriately, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration among various departments.
Location: New York or Chicago
Salary Rate: $2,500-$3000/week
This role is hybrid : 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Responsibilities:
- Manage , develop and oversee the daily operations of the global content delivery team .
- Coordinate project workflows, ensuring tasks are assigned and deadlines are met.
- Track the progress of all projects, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with global account management, creative, production, and media teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain and update project management systems , tools and client DAM (Apremo) .
- Prepare and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of traffic management processes and systems.
- Provide training and adhoc support to local production hub content delivery teams
- Monitor and manage resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
