We are looking for a Senior or Lead UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX design team we believe in a collaborative working style with a bias toward rapid prototyping, experimentation and a strong curiosity for our customers’ goals and needs.
What you will do :
As a member of the UX Design team, you will lead and manage a key product area. You will be contributing to our vision for the Intapp platform, delivering best-in-class product experiences, while also ensuring that our products work together seamlessly.
As a Senior UX Designer, you can expect to :
- Collaborate, influence, and negotiate with cross functional peers and executive stakeholders on defining and delivering compelling and useful products, based on a strong point of view of the product’s evolution.
- Champion a human centered product development process within the Design team and with cross functional stakeholders : developing deep empathy for customers and end users; developing rigorous expectations on evidence informed decision making; holding teams accountable to a hypothesis based and measurable success metric product development process.
- Present design solutions to partners and company executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle.
- Partner with UX Research and the Design System team.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders in the implementation and evolution of the product development lifecycle.
