The role encompasses designing user experiences from user flows and wireframes through final UI design, including collaborating with the product team on writing requirements for development and working directly with customers on prototypes and usability testing.Our ideal candidate is collaborative, smart, and ambitious. You have great communication skills and enjoy talking to customers, engineers, product managers, and customer success managers. You have empathy for our end users and love the challenge of coming up with multiple solutions to a problem.ResponsibilitiesDesigning SaaS applications – web, mobile (native or responsive)Working closely with product managers to identify, define, and refine requirementsCreating simple, elegant user experiences that help customers accomplish their business goalsDocumenting and maintaining UX design patterns and standardsCollaborating with engineers to implement designs within technical or time constraintsCreating high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes using tools such as FigmaRapidly iterating on design prototypes and working applicationsInterviewing users to gain a deeper understanding of their needs / objectivesAssisting QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately and with the highest standardsRequirements2 years of experience in UI and UX design, ideally for enterprise-level software productsStrong communicator, self-starter / self-motivated, and eager to learn / growPortfolio of examples of sketches, workflows, interactions, end state work, and live examplesB2B SaaS is what you do best and where you want to bePositive attitude and be able to work effectively in a teamHigh attention to detailExperience working in an Agile / Scrum development process and associated tools such as JiraMust be a United States citizen or permanent residentBenefitsWhat we doOur mission is to empower organizations to achieve world-class execution on their most important initiatives.
