As a part-time Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator you will be the lifeline between our sales team and our transportation partners. You will work alongside our outstanding sales team receiving and making phone calls to make sure shipments are being picked-up and delivered while helping to resolve any problems that occur. We are looking for someone to work weekend shift from 08:00-2:00 pm. Transitioning to a full-time positions is possible for successful part-time employees.
Prior logistics experience is not required. We will eagerly train the right candidate.
Your day-to-day:
- Communicate with our partner carriers
- Monitoring, tracking, and tracing loads
- Managing, modifying, and growing core carrier relationships
- Document and manage all tasks in our internal system
- Maintaining office organization and efficiency
- Communicating with customers, carriers and brokers providing updates
What we look for:
- Bachelor's Degree not required
