What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Entry Specialist position at Desktop Labs?
Desktop Labs, Inc. is a group of dental laboratories providing dental practices with a full range of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, removable full and partial dentures, implant prosthetics and more. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Data Entry Specialist at Dental Arts Laboratories in Peoria, IL. This position is Monday through Friday, first shift.
Our ideal candidate is experienced in data entry, or has strong attention to detail. Dental experience is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently add and update cases within the production system.
- Contact dental offices when incoming records are incomplete or unusable.
- Deliver work into production after case entry.
- Schedule custom shade appointments.
- Monitor case status within the production system.
- Prior to invoicing, verify case contents and accuracy of order entry (spelling and products entered).
- Perform case invoicing and move cases to the mailroom for shipping.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
