Job Opportunity: Of Counsel Attorney

An AMLaw 100 firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Litigation Group as Of Counsel. This role, open to any U.S. office location, offers opportunities to work on complex and meaningful cases.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with clients and overseeing associates

• Collaborating with experts and contributing to fact development and depositions

• Drafting and reviewing discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda

• Assisting in the development of case strategies

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree with strong academic credentials from nationally recognized institutions

• Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction; New York bar admission preferred

• At least 8 years of experience, ideally at an AMLaw 100 firm

• A science background (e.g., MD, MPH, PharmD, or a degree in Epidemiology) is required

• Proficiency in products liability, complex commercial litigation, and familiarity with the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range: $400,000 - $500,000, depending on qualifications
