A leading legal practice is seeking an accomplished litigation attorney to join its dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with a proven track record in litigation to work on complex, high-profile cases. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various litigation matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
- Manage case files and collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties, both in writing and verbally.
- Meet deadlines, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work in a time-sensitive environment.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar is required; New York Bar admission is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in litigation, with a strong background in various legal practices.
- Law firm experience is required; a federal court clerkship is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
