What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Front Desk Attendant position at Desoto Athletic Club?
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Making & answering phone calls
- Processing payments
- Resolving customer issues
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Outgoing, motivated, and enthusiastic
- Exceptional at customer service
- Ability to multitask and learn new things quickly
- A team player
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of ABC Software (Datatrack) a plus
Hours: Part time Monday - Friday
Compensation: Entry level position. Wage commensurate with experience.
Required Certifications: All DAC employees are required to have a CPR certification (which will be offered at the club, free of charge)
